16.05. Rückgang bei der Ölproduktion? Laut der internationalen Energiebehörde IEA dürfte die globale Bedarf an Öl im Jahr 2024 sinken. So lasten u.a. ein milder Winter und eine schwache Industrieproduktion in Europa auf der Nachfrage. Die IEA rechnet nun mit einem Tagesbedarf von 1,1 Mio. Barrel, was gegenüber den Schätzung aus dem Vormonat 140.000 Barrel pro Tag weniger wären.
