0,5530 +66,07%23.06. Der US-Chiphersteller Wolfspeed plant im Rahmen eines Sanierungskonzepts ein Insolvenzverfahren, um rund 4,6 Milliarden Dollar Schulden abzubauen. Eine Finanzspritze von 275 Millionen Dollar ist Teil der Einigung mit Gläubigern. Die Insolvenz soll im dritten Quartal abgeschlossen werden. Wolfspeed, bekannt für Leistungshalbleiter in E-Autos, hatte ein Werk mit ZF im Saarland geplant ? das Projekt wurde jedoch wegen Absatzproblemen und Zollchaos gestoppt.
