Sie bietet nun 0,90 Euro je Aktie plus 2,533 eigene Aktien für jede Mediobanca-Aktie. Die Angebotsfrist läuft bis 8. September. Das ursprüngliche Angebot vom Januar bewertete Mediobanca mit 13,3 Milliarden Euro.
