14,08 -0,85%02.10.2025 Wizz Air schließt bis März ihre Basis in Wien wegen gestiegener Kosten und verlegt Teile der Flotte nach Bratislava, wo am 14. November eine neue Basis eröffnet wird. Weitere Flugzeuge aus Wien sollen ins übrige Streckennetz verteilt werden. Im September beförderte die Airline 6,265 Millionen Passagiere, ein Plus von 8,8 Prozent. Die Kapazität stieg um 7,6 Prozent, der Ladefaktor lag bei 92,8 Prozent ? unter dem August-Wert, aber über dem Vorjahr.
