82,21 -0,34%03.11.2025 Kimberly-Clark plant die Übernahme von Kenvue, der früheren Konsumgütersparte von Johnson & Johnson, und schafft damit einen neuen Milliardenkonzern für Gesundheits- und Pflegeprodukte. Der Deal bewertet Kenvue mit rund 48,7 Mrd. Dollar. Aktionäre von Kenvue erhalten 3,50 Dollar in bar plus 0,14625 Kimberly-Clark-Aktien je Anteil. Nach dem Zusammenschluss sollen Kimberly-Clark-Aktionäre rund 54 Prozent und Kenvue-Aktionäre etwa 46 Prozent halten. Der Abschluss wird in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2026 erwartet.
