15,00 +0,40%24.10. Rivian plant einen weiteren Stellenabbau und will rund 600 Jobs streichen, etwa 4,5 Prozent der Belegschaft. Betroffen sind vor allem die Bereiche Fahrzeugbetrieb und Marketing. CEO RJ Scaringe begründete die Maßnahme mit der Notwendigkeit, das Geschäft profitabel zu skalieren und sich auf den Start des neuen R2-Mittelklasse-SUV vorzubereiten. Bereits vor einem Monat hatte das E-Auto-Startup, an dem auch Volkswagen beteiligt ist, 1,5 Prozent der Mitarbeiter entlassen.
