239,50 -0,79%04.05. UCB übernimmt Candid Therapeutics für bis zu 2,2 Milliarden US-Dollar, um seine Pipeline im Bereich Autoimmun- und Entzündungskrankheiten auszubauen. Zunächst werden zwei Milliarden Dollar gezahlt, weitere bis zu 200 Millionen sind an Meilensteine geknüpft. Die Übernahme ist Teil einer Serie größerer Deals, darunter eine Lizenzvereinbarung mit Antengene sowie die geplante Übernahme von Neurona Therapeutics.
